Important Note: Calling 911 from an Auraria Campus phone vs personal mobile phone will be received by different 911 responders.
Auraria手机, including emergency phones in campus buildings, are automatically directed to 奥瑞亚校园警察局.
Personal cellular phones are directed to 丹佛’s main 911 紧急 Communication Center, because of the Auraria neighborhood being part of the City and County of 丹佛. 相应的, callers should be prepared for additional site and context details a 丹佛 911 dispatcher may need as they evaluate what responders to send, as they are not sited on Auraria and may not be as familiar with Auraria.
Mobile phone callers can reach the Auraria 校园警察 by calling 303-556-5000. Campus community members are encouraged to save this ACPD line in their phones to be ready for reaching out directly if the need arises.

Calls to 丹佛 911 dispatchers that fit specific criteria with no imminent risk to individuals but where there may be mental health crisis, 福利支票, or trespassing concerns may be assigned to the trauma-informed, 多学科的 STAR项目团队 instead of firearm-carrying law enforcement officers as the first contact for the concern.
